QMZ: the game they can't control
A tabloid-style commercial for our game: scripted, voiced, shot in Quan-Tess and cut by the crew.
How two people run Quantum Melanin Media: the games, the apps, the videos, the music and the uploads, built by an AI crew that takes its orders in plain English. Every chapter is a real job we ran, start to finish, with the exact words we typed.
Install your crew in Lesson 1, and your crew unlocks Lesson 2. Or get each new lesson by email:

The crew does the work of a whole production team. You keep the decisions that cost money or can't be taken back. That split is the system, and it's what this course teaches.
Lesson 1 is open now. The rest is the planned outline: it may tighten as we record, and the waitlist hears about every change first.
Claude Code and the Everything Claude Code skills in your terminal, every command on real footage.
How a single AI session plans, builds and ships, and how to talk to it so it does what you meant.
Write each correction down once, so the next session starts where the last one ended.
Turn a job you've done once into steps the crew follows the same way every time.
Check the live thing, not the report. The habit that catches stale deploys and silent failures.
Script, voices, clips, edit, upload: one commercial from first idea to YouTube.
Beds, sound effects and a mix that still hits on a phone speaker.
Build, gate, deploy, then confirm what is actually live.
YouTube, Instagram, Substack and email, posted the day it's finished.
Budgets, daily caps and kill switches, and what the crew never does without you.
This site, our apps and our games were built by the two of us and the crew. A few from this week:
A tabloid-style commercial for our game: scripted, voiced, shot in Quan-Tess and cut by the crew.
Quantus and Tess on how we borrow skills but never clone. Same engine, same day.
Our 3D game, played in the browser. Every update goes through the gate before it goes live.
Our AI studio for images, video and chat. The commercial on the left was made in it.
Lesson 1 is open now. Join the list for one email per new lesson, and you hear the launch price before anyone else. Tell us what you'd hand off first and we'll build the examples around it.
Your email is only used for this course. Reply "stop" to any email and you're off the list.
You don't write the code. You do need to say clearly what you want, read what comes back, and make the calls. Every chapter shows the exact words we used, so you can see what clear looks like.
Claude Code runs the crew, and Lesson 1 walks you through installing it. It needs a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher). The paid parts of our studio (AI video, images and voices) are pay-as-you-go, and the course shows where the money goes and how to cap it before you spend a dollar.
Lessons 1 and 2 are free: install your crew in Lesson 1 and it unlocks Lesson 2. The price of the full course goes to the waitlist first.
Now. Lesson 1 is open, and installing your crew unlocks Lesson 2. New lessons go to the list first, and we won't promise a date for one until it's finished and checked.
We don't promise income. We teach the system we run every day; what you build with it, and what that earns, is up to you.
