Drop in the stack: Everything Claude Code
Back in your normal terminal (not inside Claude), run these one at a time:
claude plugin marketplace add https://github.com/affaan-m/ECCclaude plugin install ecc@eccclaude plugin details ecc@eccThe last one lists everything you just added: the agents, the skills and the hooks.
-
Red error the first time you start Claude?
That's a known ECC issue (#2822): the plugin installs without a few files it needs. Don't fix it yourself. Start
claudeand tell your crew, the way the video does:there's a red ECC hook error at startup, fix it
Going further (optional): Ruflo
Inside Claude Code, the video's next step adds Ruflo from its GitHub page:
/plugin marketplace add ruvnet/ruflo/plugin install ruflo-core@rufloYour crew's first job: make your key.
Start claude and type this sentence. Your crew reads our key page, makes a key from
your email on your computer, and hands it to you.
get my Lesson 2 key from quantummelaninmedia.com/course/keyThen paste the key here, with the same email you gave Claude:
Lesson 2 is unlocked. Your crew just did its first real job.
Open Lesson 2 →Unlocking adds you to the course list: one email when each new lesson is ready. Reply "stop" to any email and you're off the list.
Claude Code is made by Anthropic. Everything Claude Code (ECC) and Ruflo are free, open-source projects by their own authors. We're not affiliated with any of them; we use them every day. Install steps match Anthropic's setup guide as of November 2026. The six-step skill method in the video is Nate Herk's. Thank you, Nate.
